Already at an early age I had made my own experiences with Kinesiology through my mother. As a child she brought me closer to Kinesiology by introducing me to Brain-Gym to strengthen my self-confidence and my ability to learn.

My intuition when dealing with people has always been good, I have been blessed with a sociable nature and have often been inspired by the life stories of others. Despite my social streak, I ended up in banking, which I also enjoyed for a time and am grateful for the many important experiences I gained in this branch.

However I slowly came to the realisation that I was unhappy and wanted to get out of the continual hamster wheel of banking. I needed to find a way to utilise my desire to help other people, as I was helped as a child, to support others physically and emotionally and to enable them to reach their full potential. My training as a kinesiologist has given me the tools to achieve this.

I have a little daughter. I myself am the daughter of a Scottish mother and a Swiss father and therefore I grew up bilingual but also with two different mentalities.

We all carry a suitcase of experiences around with us that have consciously and sometimes unconsciously influenced us and how we deal with things in our daily life. This is a good thing, because all experiences shape us into the person we are today. Although the question is: how do I deal with the less pleasant experiences in order to transform them into strengths?
It takes a lot of strength to get help from someone or to open up and talk about things that continually effect your day to day life. However, just like that, we are able to go forward in life which enables us to grow.
